For stocked items, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days after purchase.  Please contact us is you require your product sooner as we can arrange for next day delivery for an additional cost. For made to order items, please allow 14 working days for us to produce your beautiful piece before shipment. Our standard postage will arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase once you have received it, you have a 14 day period to you to return it to us. Please ensure that the goods are returned in a perfect saleable condition, for more information on this please visit our Returns Policy.

Please note that Face Masks are non returnable.

Most certainty. Each purchase comes wrapped and packaged in a branded gift box as standard and makes a great gift. If you would like your order shipped directly to the recipient of this gift please let us know at checkout. We shall remove any pricing information and the invoice will only be emailed to you.

Many of our products are made by us in our Studio.  Those that aren't handcrafted by us are manufactured here in the UK supporting British manufacturers.  All our designs are digitally printed in the UK.
